SQA recently held its first Understanding Standards meetings for centres delivering, or thinking about delivering, its new Mental Health and Wellbeing Award at SCQF level 4 and level 5.

Hear first hand from the team behind the development, the facilitators already delivering the course, and the candidates taking on the qualification, and learning about the social factors that influence our mental health and wellbeing, how it effects how we think feel and behave, and what we can do to look after ourselves.
