This exercise gets more and more difficult as you develop the strength to keep your lower back pinned to the mat. I started off doing this video 2-3 times a day. Once feels like more than enough now.

This was so fun and challenging. Usually ab workouts are just brutal and boring which makes me want to avoid them but the ball made this different and exciting while still giving my abs a burn. Hope to see more stability ball ab workouts.

I love how people can look at us at the gym when using the ball ! Like they have no fucking idea how hard it is π
