This stability ball ab workout will target that core building strength and definition in the abs. Building lean muscle in the core will help burn fat around the mid-section faster helping you to achieve a toned, flat stomach.     This exercise gets more and more difficult as you develop the strength to keep your lower back pinned to the mat. I started off doing this video 2-3 times a day. Once feels like more than enough now.

    This was so fun and challenging. Usually ab workouts are just brutal and boring which makes me want to avoid them but the ball made this different and exciting while still giving my abs a burn. Hope to see more stability ball ab workouts.
