    I am 14,i have a flabby belly
    But once i saw this exercise i thought it would be easy but when I did it my back and stomach would fucking burn but finally i got i strip or something of abs 💪

    I’d disagree. The best core exercise is the hollow body hold. Not only is it 🔥 as an isometric, but it gives you the foundational strength to do other ab work. So they can progress to bicycles properly :). Anyways I love your content hehe

    The muscles on the abs is straight. That’s why imo leg raises are the best for abs it hits everypart of the abs. There’s great ab workout out there, but leg raises are begginer friendly.

    ok but what about avoiding neck strain? i did ab roller for years and it just fucks my neck up lol i try correcting my form but something still strains the hell out of my neck

    I think the flutter kick might be the more effective one. Especially, for lower abs.

    The bicycle crunch works every single muscle in the core/abdominals. Top three for sure.

    I would say my other two would be the reverse crunch hanging off the end of the box with a slight spinal flexion and twist at the top and the hollow body crunch.

    The hollow body crunch is horrific but my god does it work the core like no other.

    This is one of my favorite exercises. I do two variations of it one using a isometric hold with one leg fully extended and hold for a five second count and the other is fully extended at a normal pace but without the isometric hold when fully extended.
