The Dental Diet – Prevent Braces with Nutrition and Food

The Dental Diet – Prevent Braces with Nutrition and Food

What is the REAL link between teeth and diet? Well, your mouth is the best sign of the health of your body. If you want to reboot your health, you need to start with your mouth.

One of the biggest problems of modern dentistry has been that we have failed to see that nutrition causes crooked teeth, tooth decay, gum disease, and impacted wisdom teeth.

Did you know that over 90% of kids will suffer some form of these diseases in childhood? Each problem can lead to serious chronic disease later in life and the mouth is often the starting point.

Dental nutrition is the only way to reprogram your body. My dental practice is designed to be based on nutritious food that reverses disease all over the body.

Our dietary guidelines need desperate readjustment to prevent all dental diseases. The mouth is the simplest and easiest way to model how to eat for whole-body health.

In my book, The Dental Diet, I’ll explore this lesson with you and give you the 40-day food plan to have a brilliant smile and life-changing natural health.

This is amazing information. I think every dental or health problem we have can be changed by what we eat. Why there isn’t more focus on our dental health is beyond me. This is a great book. Thanks for sharing.

are your recipes in the book toddler-friendly? I find it challenging to get my daughter to eat certain foods. Eating something as simple as raw carrots isn’t a favorite so i wondered if you include tips of other methods of serving these recommended foods.
