    I am 6 weeks pregnant. My gynecologist told me to avoid tuna and salmon because they contain high levels of mercury. Other fish is good for 1-2 times per week.

    Pregnant women do not need fruits and veggies and whole grains. Pregnant women need lots of eggs, full fat, raw dairy, butter, and liver!

    Gluathione offsets the mercury in fish. Pregnant women should eat fatty fish a few times a week and take cod liver oil.
