Im a little in the chubby side. This was my first time doing this and had to pause it 3 times! It absolutely kicked my butt! Although I had to modify it because I live in an upper floor apartment, I can’t jump around and there are space constraints, I still kept bouncing my knees and moving as much as I could.
I am a waterfall of sweat now, but thank you so much for creating such a fun, high energy work out! I felt ridiculous at times (I think I have 2 left feet) but I did my best to keep up with you two!

I was able to survive up to 13:16!! My body is heating up and I’m covered in sweat I can’t do any more today since this is officially my first day maybe soon I’ll be able to go further

I wanted to do the workout , suddenly my mum said she wanna join. I was about to rolling down on floor because she was never that excited ( and also she did exercise for the 1st time)> .ME and my Mom did this together and we enjoyed a lot and we are so determined to do this daily…..😁

Because I get tired easily and think I have PCOS, I tried this workout today but was only able to complete 7 minutes of it.
Since my parents are strict and they don’t like it when they have to use their money because I have a big school bill, I don’t want them to know I need a checkup because I had issues with an irregular period and I easily got tired.
I also don’t have any savings because of the pandemic.
Then, I believe it is time for me to exercise a lot because I feel like I had PCOS. Maybe I would have seen a good improvement in my condition before I had the money to have a checkup

This workout is AMAZING !! In 1 month I lost 2kg by doing this workout, running 5km and eating healthy. I got lazy and didn’t do workout last 1 week and didn’t notice much change in the weight, so I started doing it again. Target to lose another 5Kg 🤞
