Trust me… peanut butter works😂 but holy shit you get fat
This is waaaay late to the party, been following since this video was made, been lifting for 17 years. I’m also a collegiate soccer player and on top of that a club soccer player (this was years ago for the record), but at the time peanut butter in general was my protein go-to as a broke ass college student. Put in on crackers, put it on bread or toast, Elliott is speaking the truth here.

PB&J’s are pretty healthy- they contain good fats, no cholesterol, some protein, fiber, and other vitamins and nutrients.
