    My uncle was in the hospital and was dying from cirrhosis of the liver; he was not an alcoholic! Doctor’s asked what he like to eat most, we told the doctor that it peanut butter and jelly sandwitches . The doctor said, eating this peanut butter jelly and bread combination was a fermented food. So, it was just like being an alcoholic, he died. He ate like this everyday and it made him sick. Check out if FERMENTED foods are likely to make you sick like an alcoholic desease, cirrhosis of the liver.😷😱

    if u dont have the time simply just make protein shakes. Protein shakes are supposed to replace a meal so you dont have to waste time. That is all to it.

    This is waaaay late to the party, been following since this video was made, been lifting for 17 years. I’m also a collegiate soccer player and on top of that a club soccer player (this was years ago for the record), but at the time peanut butter in general was my protein go-to as a broke ass college student. Put in on crackers, put it on bread or toast, Elliott is speaking the truth here.
