If u want to lose weight efficiently I recommended eat 200kcal less every day and being healthy. I used that and actually I lose like 2kg every week. I hope that helps u✌️

Exercising might not be the best way to lose weight, but it’s great for your cardiovascular and mental health which is also important.
The goal of exercise isn’t weight loss at all. Its to increase endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, mobility. Overall making your body function and move more efficiently.

seriously, losing weight is the hardest when your family cooks delicious food
If you want to lose weight don’t focus on that fact, eat all the food that is not forbidden by God and make exercising your daily routine plus don’t over do it ‘the eating part’ you could eat just not to starve, and that will not just be easier but it will do it, with the will of God.

This is so simple: Stop eating garbage. Stop eating like you are a bear about to hibernate. And, yes, do exercise. However, we live in an increasingly self-indulgent society AND the companies that are more likely to benefit from overconsumption are the ones who certainly champion and push the whole idea of "body positivity" so that we do not stray from that lucrative consumption.

It’s all about calories in/calories out. Exercise can increase calories out, and dieting is what controls calories in.

You don’t realise how long a minute is until when your exercising
this is the equivalent to saying that working isn’t the best way to get money. you need to work to earn money but you won’t get any money if you spend more than you earn

Literally all u have to do to lose weight is stop eating so much. But yet it’s so hard
So move less eat less lol
So what this video is saying guys is that it is still possible to lose weight while exercising, but it’s just way to hard. Spending more time exercising like 1-2 hours everyday day can result an energy boost. But doing that alone which means not dieting while exercising, it doesn’t work like that. It is all about the diet. Like when you eat 4 pizzas and 3 cans of sodas and beer which still result in consuming 2,400 calories in days. So that means you need to have 1-2 plates of very small meals, or just starve yourself while exercising.
This makes a lot of sense because as a quadriplegic, I can’t really do a lot of exercise, but I’m still at a very slim and healthy weight because of what I eat.

All you need is a calorie deficit and atleast an HR of workout to loose weight. I’ve been jogging 3 miles 5x a week and I’ve already lost weight
