why she ommits to say that pasture raised everything is at least double the price in any grocery? oh yes i get it !. because it’s so obvious that actually does not need to mention it. i just feel sorry for the unaware people who didn’t shop for food in the last 6 months or so to see the prices of the pasture raised, grass feed and so on. what’s healthy is triple price…. biiiiiig news LOL. Fuck that’s a lot of food, I fast 16 hours every day, then I eat blueberries, fish and green veggies, tomatoes, little bit of chicken Apple ,

I did Keto before summer and it worked really well! During summer I took a break and I noticed that all the things I used to be able to eat made me feel sick. I really couldn’t eat anything too "carb-y". I am back on Keto now and I feel great again. Also losing weight along the way. But aside from that, I am just so happy that I feel this much better.
My son has seizures and his doctor recommended ketogenic diet. I’m just starting. But thanks for the video!!! The no fruit thing kinda made me sad for him but seeing berries gives me good hope that this will be okay!

My husband has high cholesterol and is pre diabetic. His doctor suggested keto. We have both been on it for about a week. Should he eat eggs with his cholesterol being high?

This is great, but there is an error. You cannot cook at high temp with olive oil, it has a low smoke point. I fry with safflower oil, and use olive oil for everything else. It’s awesome. Great video.

I haven’t had sugar or carbs in like six weeks, cravings for them are gone, I’m learning more and more everyday and being in ketosis gives me the energy I need to keep up with my kids. I don’t need as much sleep at night and fasting 16:8 gives me the mental clarity I need for our busy mornings. Lol I know this sounds like an ad, it’s not. I’m just a regular mom. These videos give me motivation and help me when I get the late night munchies
If im eating 75% of fats and rest is 20% of protein, 5 of fats,do I started ketosis yet?

How did the olive oil comment pass the editors. Olive oil is not a good oil for high heat frying. Food will burn fast.
Hmm. It seems I may have had some bad experience with hard boiled eggs. It may have turned me phobic to them…

Dairy gives you flem aka recipe for sickness and olive oil you dont find in nature. Love keto but these need to be talked about more like cmon

Coconut oil has lauric acid( 12 strain)… wheras mct oil only contains 6,8 and 10 strain( 12 strain is bad)

And the truth is I LOVE all of these ingredients!! I would gladly trade cabs for all of these ..but I have one prob: I use bread as a filler. I can’t find a good substitute, anyone got an idea?
Keto helps to lose weight, but most of the food is expensive. Berries, avocado, cheese , and meat.
Doh! This is me already without even knowing what I was doing! That’s a result, it just made sense to me – mainly driven by understanding I didn’t want to eat crap food and tons of carbs!
