Food that’s good for you: Eggs? MILK?
TF is wrong with you? It is even prohibited to call eggs a healthy food or healthy breakfast in advertisement. Because. They. Are. Bad. Food. They, do NOT have that much Protein to begin with. The antioxidants in eggs are more than used up through the oxidative stress the eggs themselves cause. This makes them in fact BAD for recovery purposes. "High in Omega-3" (which is not true in itself) is not worth anything due to the high content of saturated fat. Well, maybe you think farts, stinking everybody in you proximity into oblivion means easily digestible…jokes on you. This is ridiculous.
Same applies to milk, which increases inflammatory stress in your body and DOES NOT supply calcium to the body. In fact, it leeches calcium from your bones and teeth, because your body needs that to neutralize the acids produced by digesting that stuff and the milk does not even provide enough calcium to counter that.

You significantly lack knowledge on nutrition, thus are highly unqualified to discuss the topic, let alone make a recommendations video. Shame on you!

It rather is "top 9 foods for recovery"…. Sad to think about all the people knowing less than you, which is little already, following your advice and damaging their bodies….

Kale is literally not even a food for humans. Kale is literally indigestible in humans. Even goats or something can’t eat kale because farmers tried feeding it to them and they started dying after eating it for awhile. Anyone claiming kale is a "healthy food" is either ignorant or being paid to lie. When I was a child, kale was only used to decorate the edges of buffets or plates and everyone knew it was a decorative leaf not actual food just like they knew leaves on trees are not food, but with how ignorant and lazy everyone is becoming in several years people will probably be gnawing tree leaves and saying tree leaves are a health food. Ugh.

Oat Milk has improved a lot in the last year! It taste better than cow milk, has similar nutrient content (usually more calcium), easier to digest, and no cholesterol. Almond milk is great too when trying to drop a couple lbs to get to race weight, unsweetened almond milk is just 40 calories.

  30. Igloo Zoo on February 14, 2023 at 7:45 am

Kale? No. You have fallen into the trap of the Plant Based Nutritarians. Just because a certain food contains nutrients doesn’t mean they are bioavailable to humans. No need to eat a huge amount of greens. If you do, cook them so that you reduce the Oxalates.

Kale ko kaale padha tha na😂

  35. Dean Precourt on February 14, 2023 at 7:53 am

Its funny that Kale makes the list but beef liver doesnt. 2 lbs. of Kale dont provide half of what 5 ounces of beef liver provide. Where is the preformed Vitamin A in those foods?

I have tried a few energy powders on the markets, the best one so far and fair priced is Energy Blend from Vegatox, with only Organic Superfoods without any additives or sweeteners. Give me energy and very filling, help me to skip the meal as I need to lose 7 lb. (www.vegatox.com)

  50. mckonal on February 14, 2023 at 8:12 am

I do not agree with milk. a home-made yoghurt beats milk in many aspects. probably westerners do not know how to do it tho.
