Heyy! Firstly I wanted to say you need to know that if you want to see results quicker you also need a well balanced diet which includes eating three times a day, a calorie deficit and most importantly water! Water is key 🙂
My weight: 54 Goal: 38,39 no diet
Day 1: I rested more than the time lol my leg hurted because I did a lot of dancing before doing this sweats a lot

Iam doing this for 2 weeks and I will say how it is i will do this once and no diet but I eat some less and I will won’t eat junk food for 2weeks
Day1:it is little bit hard and some time I taken rest weight 56 kg and the end I will say my weight

Day 1(15 august): my legs feel kind of numb, i do this twice a day and also do other exercises for a flat stomac and facial exercises, hope ill be able to see results in a week.
Day 2(16 august): my muscles hurt from yesterday’s workouts,and i almost gave up on doing these exercises, but i forced myself to do them ald i dont regret it at all. I feel much better and more excited to start my day😆
I just did this exercise two times , for the first time. I felt like I was gonna die but thank god I’m done. My weight is 87 kg. I’ll update after a week.
I actually want to lose weight and I already did but im at my home country now and here are so many good foods and I will be forced toe at them by my family even if I don’t want to thats why I wanna try doing this everyday so I don’t gain anything but stay on my same weight
For those wondering if they dont see results, you have to be on a diet. You can try the Egg diet with this workout. Try this workout 3 times after each other and do them in the morning and before you go to bed. Also drink green tea without sugar. Do that for 10 days and you will lose about 5-6 Kg. Trust me on this one. Try it and tell me your results🤗. Because i was 60kg and tried this for 20 days. Now im 41 Kg.🤗

day 2: ✅ did this twice, it was a bit harder than yesterday probably because that my body hurt, and ofc i don’t see a change
day 3: ✅ amazing!!! did this twice and it was way easier but i still felt the burn and it was so good. i lost 1 kg since yesterday, that’s so awesome dude i was stuck at the same weight for a month or more and now im loosing 1kg in one day im so happy. also i do see a massive change. my stomach is way flatter and i am pretty sure that the abs are starting to show up (:
day 4: ✅ did this twice and its actually pretty easy now, i don’t really sweat or gets red so i hope it will count and i will still lose weight.. i didn’t lost anything from yesterday and that’s pretty sucks cause i was so happy that i lost 1 kg in just one day and now i didn’t.. well I’m going to keep doing this workout till all the seven days will over. wish me luck

Hii so this is my journey doing this for 10 days
1st day: really tired and i lost 49-95-49-95
2st day: pretty much difficulty but from 50,30-50,20 i lost 🙂
3th day: easy not so much wet and i lost 51,15-50,55
4th day :not so much wet i lost from 50,85-50,75 and i start see abs

Hi! First of all, I want to make sure that this workout really works. I know this because I did this workout for 2 days and I lost about a kg. In addition to the fact that I lost weight, these exercises gave me a feeling of well-being.

Tip: if you’re someone who gives up easily, try setting it on 1.25x on the first few days, then you’ll slowly gain more motivation (obviously you will get slower results)
