Love learning this. I do not know if we get neem leaves where I live. However what do we do once we have the leaves? Will neem powder work?

How much of neem and turmeric should we have on empty stomach?

How long after is it ok to have breakfast (groundnuts, banana and honey)

I am thinking of doing a prolonged 7 to 10 water fast. Should I use honey in warm water or only stay with water?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Should I soak groundnuts raw, like sprouted seeds, or eat them in their roasted form after soaking? I want to be sure that you are referring to what I am familiar with as peanuts. I will read about soaking raw peanuts, but my 1st grade teacher said raw peanuts are poisonous, so I need to make sure.

  31. Buddy Bell on September 5, 2022 at 6:39 am

Did he say 1.5 liters of honey???

  32. Harvey Schwartz on September 5, 2022 at 6:39 am

I thought groundnuts were peanuts. They sure look like them. They, along with onions, garlic and mushrooms are forbidden to Brahmins as they interfere with transcending in meditation. They are not really a nut, but a very hard to to digest bean.

  33. No Name on September 5, 2022 at 6:39 am

What is a "ground nut"? My web searches give no clear defination. Better yet, what is a list of ground nuts?

What is asquote? How is it spelled? I live in Phoenix, Arizona where will I get a form of the asquote? Is it possible to put in the notes on the talks the spelling and where we can get these foods and spices? What is the ;best form of neem should we use? In another one of your talks you mentioned the combination of neem and turmeric. You showed a little ball of both them to consume in the morning. What is the recipe for the little ball that you pictured. Is horsegram the same as the brown lentils that we have in America?
