Totally love this workout Joe, love that you talk about finding our own motivation and you encourage the audience not to give up, plus you congratulate the audience on pressing play. Iโ€™d love to see more of this on the other workouts including intermediate and advanced. Itโ€™s brilliant to know how the exercises are going to change our bodies and mental health.
    Loving all your work Joe.

Thank you Joe for this Beginners workout. Its perfect! Ive tried others which are either too easy or too hard, but this one is just right, I got a real sweat on during the second set AND there were no burpees! Your words of encouragement are perfect. Today is my first day 1st Sept 21, lets see how far I get on this journey with you. x

  24. Abagail Billedeaux on January 11, 2022 at 6:43 pm

This is incredible, and got me back into moving my body after an almost decade long battle with so-called "beginner workouts" that call for you to just "push past the pain". I appreciate your attitude and words of encouragement โ™ก

  25. Lushana Wills on January 11, 2022 at 6:43 pm

Thank you so much for this workout. Itโ€™s so easy to follow and perfect for being a beginner like myself. I really love all the chat and knowledge, I took so much away from it. Itโ€™s hard starting back into exercising after having kids and making those healthy choices. I could honestly keep writing as this is amazing. Iโ€™ll be doing this daily and will be searching and doing more of your workouts going forward. Thanks again!

  26. Lex Ashley on January 11, 2022 at 6:44 pm

I have fibromyalgia so ANY form of moment, even sitting is painful and exhausting, no doubt I will sleep for ages now after that but boy, do I feel like I’ve actually achieved something, I’ve gone from laying in bed, in pain to thinking sod this, I hate feeling like this all the while to searching beginner workout and up pops Joe, thank you so much x

I got major surgery a while ago and it’s seriously compromised my physical ability. (Some muscle ended up being completely removed.) I’m going to use this to start my journey back to being active again because I honestly miss it.

  32. Lushana Wills on January 11, 2022 at 6:53 pm

Thank you for this workout. I loved all the valuable information you share throughout and the different variations on the exercises. Itโ€™s the best low impact beginner of found. Iโ€™m excited to do this daily as I begin my postpartum fitness journey. I look forward to exploring your other workouts in time. Thanks again!!!

  33. Sandra Janeth on January 11, 2022 at 6:54 pm

What a joy to find routines to do in an apartment. This cardio is ideal to also do with my daughters, due to the covid at school they do not do sports activities and the girls are very still throughout the day, they have gained weight. Please make more videos of cardio hitt full body for apartments ideal for not disturbing the neighbors with the jumps

  35. Another Ronism on January 11, 2022 at 6:59 pm

Great routine. Five days in a row. Question: I felt better each day but the day after number five I’m really hurting. Should I take a day off? I’m 55 and have never exercised regularly.
BTW. I am able to do the core after a week. Compared to day one is miraculous.

  36. stargateproductions on January 11, 2022 at 7:04 pm

Just did my first workout in years, I’ve haven’t been more much since the pandemic and this is my first foray into working out again. Thank you for kind and motivating words. I’m going to try and update this comment to reflect my progress.
    Day 1: Check
Day 2: Check: Need to work on my core.
Day 3: No workout, too tired
Day 4: Check: Need to improve my core still.
    Day 5:

Ahhh Joe, it is with deep sincerity that I say THANK YOU. I have always battled with big weight problems thanks to food addiction. I did really well in 2017/18, losing 10 stone. But due to various circumstances and chronic illness I’ve put much of it back on and have been so depressed and discouraged, and my world has become very narrow. I’ve been close to rock bottom lately, always feeling like I’ll never get back on track. Today, with very little energy or motivation, I decided to search for a beginner workout to try and I’ve just managed to get through all of this, talking back to you the whole way through. I finished and burst into tears because I finally made a positive step and feel like there might be a glimmer of hope. I actually feel like I want to do it again. I might have a little rest and see if I can do some of it again. And I’m going to try and do this workout at least once every day this coming week. I’m so grateful.

My67 year old husband is still active and working as a house painter, but he wants to do excerses. Most days he does a brisk 30 minute walk, but feels he needs to add something. What would be a good weekly sequence of your videos for someone like him? Thank you.

Great – would really like a beginners workout for copd? Not sitting in a chair but slower, no jumping or floor – is it possible?
