I’ll remember B vitamins, because everything which start at the letter B is related to it, like: Health, Wellbeing, Sport, Broccoli …

I remember the function of B complex vitamins since all of them can start with B: Biochemical reactions, Body growth, Beautiful skin, Breakdown (metabolism), Beating (heart), Brain, and Blood. Hopefully that helps!

And words that can start with C for the functions of Vit C: Collagen, no Clasts (bone formation), no Cuts (wound healing), no Cough (immune function), no hemoChromatosis (iron absorption). Bit of a stretch on the last one 🤷🏼‍♀️

You would so good with hair color darker like your roots or a shade that doesn’t have orange in it like a light brown. Cute hairstyle

  23. Sam S. on April 2, 2023 at 11:15 am

I remember "Vitamin C: reds, greens, tomatoes, potatoes"… "C" rhymes with "green", so that rhyme triggers the thought process. I know tomatoes are red lol but that’s my brain.
