Hi Sarah, I’ve got insomnia where there’s probably 2-4 nights per week where I hardly get any sleep / if any sleep at all. I feel like I’ve tried everything and really need some support. Do you have any advice at all? Thanks

Hello! I’ve just started watching Tony’s videos after picking up boxing for about a year. I’m turning 50 this year and I have heaps of fun boxing but it takes a toll on my joints elbows and knees mainly. Any advice?
