Wellness Tracking // Ideas for setting up a wellness planner

This week I’m sharing how I set up a wellness planner in my Hobonichi Cousin–including health logs, menu planning, mood tracking and journaling. These ideas can be used in any type of planner, of course, so I hope you find some useful tips for your own planner.

Great video to how to track wellness. For me I add the weather too because it can really affect my mood. I’m much more productive when the sun shines!!

I love your ideas and am definitely going to try using the monthly layout in my planner to meal plan/track my meals – that is such a neat idea!

I just wanted to say thank you for not only sharing your ideas but for being honest & vulnerable in the reasons why you use a wellness planner. I really appreciate your willingness to share ‘real life’ and not just a pretty planner xx 🥰 Keep up the great work you do and I pray you’re blessed by the efforts your taking to stay well for you & your family. I’ve only recently found you through Instagram and made my 1st order last week. I’m so excited 😁 to receive my happy mail from you. Sorry for the long comment but I felt led to say thank you 🙏🏻 Pauline 🥰

Perfect. We think a lot alike but how you put the daily tracker in the weekly section to correspond with overall daily activities is brilliant! Thank you. 🥰

Great tips! I love the idea of using the sticky notes for the meals and then permanently writing it down afterwards.
