    Hi people, I am 1.68m and I had my puberty when I was about 10-12, at that time I didnt really eat much, I fled from war and lived my whole life until my 17th birthday without eating much, because we used to eat the same thing over and over and I lost my appetite.     Im 14 and 5’8, 15 next 3 months, my mom is 5’2, my dad is 5’3, I wish to still grow till 6 foot but considering my parents height , will it still be possible?. I hit puberty at around 12 but when i was at that age i had slouching problems because of anxiety it continued till i was 14, that probably reduced my height by a good amount. 14 now and im making a huge change, im practicing good posture, exercising and eating healthy foods. But I wish i knew all these sooner. Tell me is it too late for me to make a change. Im asian and i live in the Philippines that’s why we’re mostly short.
