Welcome to this week’s What I eat in a day as a vegan yoga teacher to stay strong and fit πͺπΌ
Today wasn’t exactly a day of intermittent fasting since I had a class early in the morning and I prefer to eat a bit before being active. However my body was VERY clear with me that it didn’t desire food – so I didn’t force myself to it. And that’s where intuitive eating comes into the picture π
After a past of ED (I have been about 7 years into recovery now though – so it’s been a while) I still get nervous when my body shows no sign of appetite. But I trust it to guide me and I know I can trust it in it’s cravings and signs.
I hope you enjoy this video and I hope it inspires you to listen to your body’s cues when it comes to when and what to eat. β€οΈ

This is going to sound like a strange question but how can you tell when your body is hungry without getting to the point where you want to eat everything in sight? Also, how can you tell when you are full without thinking that you might be hungry in a few hours especially if you know you wonβt be able to eat for 6 hours or over because you are at work? Love how you eat so freely! Xxx

Hi, suggestion, for your green smoothies drink the whole thing, rather than straining out the pulp. The fibre is good for your microbiome. π

I make my green juice with a nut bag too. TIP: mix in your minerals and stuff after you strain it so you don’t loose any. I pour mine back into the blender and mix in Amazing Grass powder and Moringa. Low mix setting for about 10 sec
