Jeffrey Siegel illustrates how a good mix of sleep, nutrition and exercise keep your muscles as big and strong as possible.

    All you need is 3 days a week doing weights. And, a day maybe 2 of 25 mins max doing sprints. Oh and the right kind, type of steroids you need. Like Testosterone 200: (2) shots per week of 200 mg shots. Or, 50-100 mg shots 4-5 days a week. This will make your muscles recover so quickly, you wouldn’t believe it! If your in your 40s ? Get steroids. Oh! And most importantly eat right!

    It is pretty simple! Let me elaborate. You have to do strength training combined with cardiovascular exercises like boxing running! After the exercise you sleep rest eat. Then repeat and progress with weights aka progressive overload!!
