    I am taking nutrition and would like to say that this video has been by far the most relevant and educational. it just makes sense from a evolutionary and historical stand point that this is the correct way for humans to eat. I would like to make sure however that others who watch this should still be aware that GMO’s, steroids, pesticides, and anti-biotics are heavily used in many mass produced meat products. if you want to use this diet, I recommend doing research on what you are eating and what is used on those products. its always better to get meat from a local farmer or butcher and ask them everything you need to know about the product. all love and i hope that this video goes viral! its not that people don’t want to be healthy, its that there is too much of the wrong information. if this was shown on the news with actual patient results every day instead of negativity I would say global health would increase exponentially. Many people need to know why they should do something, how it would benefit them IN particular, and be shown real results, that is true motivation, and this documentary has all of the above for the majority of viewers! you get a like, sub, and share for this one! highly recommended to be shown to people who want to live healthier! – Alex Artemova

    Difficult to sit through this whole thing.

    What I heard was, “humans are designed to eat a diet that primarily consists of meats and more meats with a side of nuts, veg and fruits. Not too much fruit though because sugar is bad m’kay? Our ancestors used to eat mostly meat and they were healthier for it. Grains & carbs are bad!”

    No one here is talking about the differences in the manufacturing and processing of meats now vs then. These factors drastically impact the health of the animals humans consume and ultimately our own health.

    The most sensible points made here were to avoid dairy after 2 years old and snack on fruits or nuts.

    Believe Jesus died to blot out your sins and proclaim He is your Lord and Saviour.
    Believe He rose again 3 days later in the flesh by God’s hand.
    For by grace you are saved through faith.

    Confess and repent of all your sins in prayer in the name of Jesus.
    Forgive those who have harmed you (this will free you from anger) as God forgave you.
    Be baptised fully immersed in water and be baptised in the Holy Spirit (if possible).
    Live pure and stop sinning.
    If you sin unwillfully confess and repent for none of us are perfect except Jesus.

    Be obedient.
    Follow the spiritual laws: 
    Love you neighbour as yourself and love God with all your heart, soul and mind.

    Develop a relationship with God. Walk with him in the cool of the day….

    Absolutely false. The easy way to figure this out is to look at what humans closest relatives are. Bonobos and chimpanzees. They are FRUGIVORES not carnivores. That’s not to say frugivores don’t eat any meat but it’s a pretty small amount
