Yeah I didn’t do this diet but I did use weight watchers and I was 190 pounds a few months ago in April then I went down to 188 pounds in a week then I went back up 2 in another week back to where I was and that got me pretty down and now like 3 months later after exercising non stop and eating well, I’m still 189 and lost a 1/4th inch off my waist. Yeah, I, not doing well I think I’m not getting sleep though.
To me this diet makes sense and it is manageable to follow. Eating clean, unprocessed foods in small portions (half a cup), preventing hunger attacks. I’ll give it a try, as sticking to harsh diets only ends in failurein my case.
Frequent eating definitely causes insulin resistance. Best option – 2MAD for me and no breakfast in the morning + walking 10000-20000 steps a day.

Every and I mean every world leading experts on longevity agree that only eating one meal a day is the best, not to mention that the overwhelming research and studies which have been done with POW’s and starvation survivors who often live to very old ages, yeah I’ve done the 5 meals a day during younger bodybuilding days and never felt more unhealthy so I’m going the opposite way 👍

Wow we are taking advice from doctors? Doctors are not nutritionist doctors are not allowed to learn nutrition their main purpose is to administer drugs they are taught how to administer drugs what type of drugs but diet no people they are telling you to eat cereals when we are meant to be eating high-protein diets. Our insulin levels will spike as soon as you have high carb diets. I know this from my own practice and from my research through dieticians and scientists not doctors.
