If you are fat, have pre-diabetes, or full on type 2, the carnivore/omad way of eating is the best for these people! It changed my life!

After watching a lot of carnivore diet videos I think what’s been eliminated is where the benefit is. Processed food, grains, chemicals, sugar, canned food, alcohol. Not sure eliminating raw or cooked vegetables is a game changer but to each their own. Congrats to anybody that can eliminate the artificial or processed foods, sugars etc. Nice video. Very candid and I’m sure it has helped a lot of people.

I tried the carnivore diet 3 years ago for about 9 months, then I slowly reintroduced other food. I can tell that the carnivore diet was surely a great tool for health improvement, but it was socially difficult for me… that’s why I reintroduced vegetables and so on…. Anyway I still have no psoriasis any more and still have a better hair quality and my stomach is good and so on….even if I eat everything now.

  7. HM on March 24, 2023 at 10:13 am

Good for you – you’re so right, none of these diets are cults or religions, we all have the choice to find what works best for us and what makes us the healthiest we can be. Acknowledging that everyone needs something a little different and nothing is one size fits all is the best thing we can do.

  8. Mel Beasley on March 24, 2023 at 10:13 am

Take it from an elderly British gentleman, you have a beautiful face. I’ve been on the carnivore diet for just a week, I’ve lost 6 kilos, eat one meal a day because that’s all I need. I intend to do it until I’ve lost a certain amount of weight, or 90 days, if I achieve my goal, I will begin to add in different foods, but monitoring my weight on a weekly basis, going full carnivore if it creeps up.

The โ€œcarnivore dietโ€ is how all people have eaten since
The beginning of time. No cave drawing with weeds, only animals. All natural, healthy in any state. No poisons or toxins like plants.
And wonโ€™t kill you like many vegetables. Try and eat some red beans, yucca, and many others without cooking the poisons out of them. You cant digest plants, we donโ€™t have cellulase to digest cellulose. But people are dumb.

  16. Maisia on March 24, 2023 at 10:27 am

Hi from Minnesota!!! I just wanted to say that I watch this video Anakin doing the carnivore diet for about 7 weeks now….. But I feel like I’m kind of starting to get a little bit burned out of just trying to eat meat. So I’m looking at alternating between keto and carnivore!!

  17. Janet Lance on March 24, 2023 at 10:27 am

It important for people to know that it’s ok to try something new if what they are doing isn’t really working anymore ๐Ÿ™ƒ ๐Ÿ™‚
I have diabetes and the conivor lifestyle is for me because it keeps my blood sugar levels normal. As well as helping me lose weight. Which is high.

I think your way of reasoning is very good. You are fortunate that you do not have any auto immune issues when it comes to food and you are able to enjoy eating most things without having your skin break out, or getting sore throats, sinus infections or bronchitis or worse. I eat a predominate carnivore diet consisting of mostly fish and occasional chicken. I tried to do the carnivore diet eating just red meat and the result was not good for me as it resulted in severe anxiety attacks and depression. My body rejected it to the point that my throat would not allow me to swallow food. That is why I eat mostly fish, salmon and tilapia (not from Indonesia). I do well with honey so I put that on my fish after cooking it. My body also tolerates a coffee and a pastry in the morning as long the pastry is not made with any milk or corn. I have experienced that I am sensitive to milk and corn and I am very careful to avoid anything that has either of them in them in any way. I also take certain supplements that my body reacts well to. I will not take or use anything that is made with propylene glycol and also maltodextrin as my body does not react well to those. I think if a person is not sensitive to red meat, and they go totally carnivore only eating red meat, and they become symptom free, they then could experiment by adding a food or supplement to their daily food routine and monitor how their body reacts to that one food or supplement, and if it turns out their body reacts well to it on every level for a week or two, they could then add that into their allowed foods when they want. It takes a little work and focus to figure what foods and substances your body reacts positive and negative to, but it can be done. When it comes to a vitamin or mineral supplement that you do not react well to, many times your body is reacting to a filler or inactive ingredient that supplement formula is made with. Living as a carnivore can be socially restrictive, but that is worth it if it is the only way to obtain an optimum health state where our skin is clear, our immune system is strong, our weight is under control, we are not hungry all the time, we are not tired all the time. I really enjoy my two carnivore fish meals every day. Each of my two meals consists of one piece of salmon and two to three pieces of tilapia. I do not eat any fruits or vegetables at all. I especially enjoy my morning coffee and sticky bun which my body reacts to very well. If my body did not react well to them I would not indulge them. Having the coffee and sticky bun every day in the morning does not make me crave them latter in the day, nor make me feel tired, so I allow myself to enjoy them. If they made me crave more latter or caused me to crash latter I would not have them. I use no calorie Splenda in my coffee and no milk. I hope that helps someone else, that is why I am sharing that.

  19. andrea L on March 24, 2023 at 10:30 am

Kait, I have to eat carnivore for health reasons. My dream is to be able to eat keto, you are living my dream!
Donโ€™t feel bad for having great health. If you donโ€™t need to sacrifice so much, donโ€™t do it.

As a person who does the carnivore diet by obligation, it would break my heart to know that a healthy person is only doing this very hard diet because of peer pressure.

    Wish you well.

Bill Gates is buying all the farm lands, soon he will destroy every farm and so everyone will start eating meat as the main food.

The problem is that Bill is also creating meat from lab, this is what the future generations are supposed to eat. Meat and eags made in lab.

  22. Crypto Prophet Guru on March 24, 2023 at 10:36 am

Thanks, I had a very similar journey. I’ve tried all of these and I agree that focusing on animal proteins and fats is a good basis. I started working out a lot and skiing – which burns an insanely huge amount of calories and I instantly started having a lot of actual hunger pangs. This didn’t happen when I was more sedentary and carnivore. I also missed having more variety and I have now found that adding some healthy carbs is a needed option when I am exercising a lot. I am still low carb, but not no carb anymore. Also, carnivore didn’t really help me lose belly weight until I had the carbs with the exercise. Of course I am older than you and I found the time I spent on carnivore helped me clean out my system. But now I need more.

  23. Anna Morrison on March 24, 2023 at 10:37 am

So stop sharing! I have been on the carnivore since February and have lost 30 (266-236) pounds in 1 month. No diet I have ever tried gave me such dramatic results. You are not helping anyone by creating confusion.

  24. WildRawBeauty on March 24, 2023 at 10:40 am

I must say, you did a good job deleting all the oppossing comments!! Congrats!

  25. thoughtank101 on March 24, 2023 at 10:41 am

I totally agree. The carnivore diet is the hardest I have ever done, just because it is so hard for me to just eat animal products. So I mostly eat meat, but I do eat a low percentage of other foods, so I am technically on a kitovore diet and I will alternate as needed. I am also not suffering from anything, so there is no urgency. I also think that ones you eliminate junk food and processed foods from your diet and keep carbs very low, exercise becomes more important.

No need to become a cult of anything. If something works for you it works for you. Some people have auto immune conditions that require a carnivore diet. Once your body is accustomed to it and needs something it will definitely inform you in its own way. listen to your body thats the key.

  32. MM3 on March 24, 2023 at 10:46 am

The carnivore diet only works for people that have a rigorous life like soldiers, fighters, etc. If you’re working out lightly and your job is a YouTuber or some sorta light desk duty the carnivore diet isn’t for you because it doesn’t match the lifestyle.

Iโ€™m on day two of carnivore and Iโ€™ve been adjusting still. I have felt better, I have more energy and not getting the carb crash. With no carbs I have felt less inflamed though which Iโ€™m so surprised! I love that feeling. Never knew that carbs just did that to you when you eat carbs daily.

  38. Amy Jaye on March 24, 2023 at 10:51 am

I am on carnivor also and a lot like you. If I want to have blueberries or an Apple I will have it just not all the time. I kind of look at it biblical and I know that Adam-and-Eve ate fruits.๐Ÿ˜‚ But they didn’t eat chips, flour, Soda pop and such.

There is no doubt in my mind that the carnivore diet is likely superior in many aspects, but it does cause me to have sugar cravings. Adding a few, not many nuts and berries can make a big difference.

  41. WhyDoHeathensRage? on March 24, 2023 at 10:52 am

Carnivore is simple. Less cooking, less dishes, less ingredients. Minimalist eating without the farts.

Eating only meat and think you are giving your gut a break hahaha so funny and ignorant. You know how long does it take to your gut to digest meat right? 1 one of carnivore diet and you are making this conclusions, this is so stupid. The long term effects of a carnivore diet will show with the pass of the years and they will not be reversed. All this not nutrition experts, or doctors giving such stupid advices are why people are getting more sick watching videos. Every metabolism is different go find what is good for you and stop giving stupid advices to others. You should have sticked to the dam reciepes..

If you’re Ill or have a issue, diabetes, auto immune etc, then yes you do have to be perfect if you’re not ill, yes you can put up with a certain amount of toxins, oxalates, lectins, insulin spikes etc.
