I have the nasm certification. I’ve applied to a few gyms and I havent hears back from none of them. At this point I’m just going to do it myself and teach myself the ins and outs. I’m tired of people not seeing my worth and not taking me seriously. I want this to be part of my future and if no one believes in me..I’ll just have to show I can do it myself!

I have all of these points down, but I just don’t have the body at the moment XD I have only been training for about three months, but I’m a very skinny guy, who takes their training and diet seriously. I just wish this process was quicker so that I can get stuck into this kinda stuff sooner! ahaha
A woman said she become a personal trainer but did not get certified. My body changes and enter a bikini competition. She charges $2000.00. I pass. Oke Dokie

I told my mom about me wanting to be one and at first she seemed very supportive. Then she said " Yeah you can have that as a side job. You know, after you find a real job that gives you benefits" Like NO. I want to own my own personal training business and work for myself. I don’t want to be working in a job I hate all my life. I’m only 15 and I’m telling you I WILL become a great and successful personal trainer.

I would also add that merely getting a certification doesn’t mean said trainer knows the proper movements.
Totally agree with hygiene, and looking the part, if you don’t do it yourself don’t try teach people. Look and live the part to motivate your clients

I’m autistic, and I’m researching whether or not I want to do this. As I’m doing research, I see these lists on videos and articles on what it takes to be successful, and it seems overwhelming and impossible to be successful, but I don’t want to believe it. My questions are:
1) Am I approaching this wrong?
2) How do I educate myself at a pace I can handle without progressing too slowly?
3) Am I asking the right questions?
4) What questions should I be asking?

I know someone who got banned from Most gyms because she was training under the table . She won a body building competition but she has no idea how everybody ‘s body works. She sent me a meal plan that she sends everyone . Same diet ! Same one single plan. I knew right away she’s on some bullshit
