Today’s topic is “What’s the difference between exercise and physical activity.”

The movement of the human body for everyday life is called physical activity.
On the other hand, if physical activity is specific, repetitive, and planned, it is called exercise.
So there are F(Frequency), I(Intensity), T(Time) and T(Type) in exercise.
When frequency, intensity, time, and type are planned and physical activity, i.e. exercise, is performed continuously, adaptation occurs.
Exercise improves your fitness. This is the result of adaptation.
There is a principle of overload in of training.
