20 Minute Dumbbell Full Body Workout – No Repeat | Caroline Girvan
Technically no repeat but repetition on those muscles!! Mostly compound movements to recruit as many muscles as possible with lots of variations throughout!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17.5kg however I reduce to 9kg each for the shoulders and MAKERS at the finisher!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest!

MAKER FOR 1 MINUTE!
Yes! The MAKER to finish! Once of my favourite movements! The MAKER is a slight twist to the popular MAN MAKER with the push ups and curls! Ensure your heels are flat on the floor and looking straighten ahead before curling the dumbbells.
Full body in 20 minutes for that Friday feeling!!

Wow! What a body you have! I was able to do this (with 10 pound dumbbells) it will take a while , but as long as my feet point forward I will be making progress.

I like your workout videos . I am 50year woman, started working out after watching your videos.
I was inspired to up my weights. 30lbs for the chest, down to 25lbs for legs and then 20lbs for the shoulders, with 15 for the renegade rows. Still working on my balance for the renegade rows as I had wrist and knee issues in the past. Using a yoga block for the single side renegades worked great.
I am wiped but feeling strong. Thank you Caroline! ❤
How many kilos does your dumbbell weigh?
I hope we get more short workouts! So much easier to fit in a thirty minute time even if I don’t get strong results. Happy to be moving and strengthening.

I did this today with two 15kg dumbbells. And I just love the intensity of these short Christmas workouts. I will revise this next year hopefully I will be strong enough to use 17kg Dumbbells.
