I did this an am sweating like hell… Supercool..Wow what a workout!
I was 56kg and I have been doing this for 5 weeks and I have lose 15kg now I am 40kg.Thanks a lot for this workout.
Its now my favorite work out i did this for months and i have good results
It’s really hard working exercise for loosing extra fat. Because am very tired at first day with lot of sweat ππ―

Hii didi.. mai Delhi se hu or mujhe ye aapke video k sath exercise krte hue 20 din se upar ho gye hai mujhe abhi tak koi result nai dhek raha. Didi kitne din me fark lagna start hoga
This was a fun exercise. I finished the whole 28 mins. Normal after 5 mins I sit down with a snack cheering the ppl on but not this timeπ this will be my do it for a whole month challenge

Day 1(april 15): I did the whole 28 minutes without any break. I am feeling happy, fit, active and positive.
Day 2(april16): was procrastinating the whole day. I was deciding on whether I should skip today or not. Then this thought came in my mind that if I am doing this workout to loose weight or trying to fit in other people’s standard then I can skip it or probably just quit *but* if I am doing this for myself , to feel happy and to feel good within my own skin then it’s worth it. So decided to get up and did it at *9* in the night and did the whole workout without any break. *feeling powerful* ^_^
If everybody love an exercise, they will be an optimistic person ππ€

I reduced 3 kgs straight away by just doing this workout for 1 week. I did it just once everyday and followed my regular diet. Thank u so much Mira for introducing us with this workout.

i started this workout again today when i first started this a few weeks ago i only did it for 2 days hopefully this goes well this time
day-1 i did it for 15 min (i’m at 63.35kgs right now)

Looking so easy but trust me very hard to do it half an hour
For many years I have been trying so many yogas cardio I joined gym too but the stubborn fat in my body was not ready to leave… Somewhere last year I found this video in YouTube and thought to give one try though with less confident… It’s a bless to me from 74 kgs i m now 59 kgs within 3 months ( I did every day)
