How To Use MyFitnessPal In 2022 | Tracking Calories And Macros

In this video, I go over how to properly use MyFitnessPal to track your nutrition – primarily your calories and macros in the easiest way possible. I also go over which parts of the app are useful/important to your fat loss or muscle-building journey and which are useless and whether the premium version of MyFitnessPal is worth it or not. Finally, I go over the 3 different ways of tracking to ensure you can track everything you consume on a day-to-day basis. Enjoy!

How do you track homemade Juicing in MyFitnessPal? I’ve tried adding a few things, and It looks like I’m eating them raw instead of consuming only the juice.

I’m using the pulp in muffin’s instead of tossing it, but I’m finding just as hard tracking my muffins as well due to the pulp (fiber).

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi Charlie. Do you know if it’s possible to track homemade muti-ingredient meals with this app? We make a lot of our own meals from recipes and I’m never sure how to track those on a program. Thanks!

How can you remove an ingredient you’ve logged by accident??

  11. Rafael Rodriguez on August 25, 2022 at 6:10 am

I bought the premuim on accident so I’m just using it as motivation since I just wasted $80 on premium
