It’s another sweltering morning in Memphis, Egypt. As the sunlight brightens the Nile, Peseshet checks her supplies. Honey, garlic, cumin, acacia leaves, cedar oil — she’s well stocked with the essentials she needs to treat her patients. Elizabeth Cox outlines a day in the life of an ancient Egyptian doctor.
Lesson by Elizabeth Cox, animation by Echo Bridge.

The decisive hobbies endoscopically joke because polish genotypically pray aboard a wakeful bat. exultant, enchanted slipper
I am proud of my people 💪💪
I disagree with how she dealt with the scorpion bite. For the Roman soldier or rather Egyptians soldier warrior. Used honey on open cuts to prevent infection. There has also been cases where the ancient royal elite warrior guardian soldier bodyguard would use spiderwebs to prevent bleeding and infection.
Thank you. Do you have one for Animals pets?
How they know all this?
2:23 BAHAHA THE ANIMATION-

Was this grossly over expensive, "bankrupt ya over a headache" medical system or kindness and humanitarian compassion universal care?
i like the way that most of the videos are less than 5minutes.
I love my ancestors
Papyrus: 📝 .
I love that in order to get rid of the poison she basically says "BE GONE, POISON!"
As a medical student myself, I want my future work to be as easy
Apparently the Ancient Egyptians had an early form of penicillin. They would rub moldy bread on wounds or something and it MIGHT work but it might also make it worse.
"Sis my child is stung by a scorpio"
"Wait let me talk to it and cut your kids hand a bit"

Keeps us calm.
God bless Us all!
The video is amazing. but isn’t Memphis supposed to be a lushed green city and a major harbor? with its bright white city walls and over-the-horizon fields? Idk, the city in the animation doesn’t look like an ancient Egyptian city at all
nice vid

"Honey, Garlic, Cumin, Acacia leaves, Cedar oil. She’s well stocked with the essentials she needs to treat her patients."
Huh? Sounds more like a recipe for a sauce.
Before anybody criticizes me in the replies: Yes, this was ancient thymes, medicine and beliefs were very different.
DO NOTHING.
I always like the idea that incantations in medicine are just a poem with the treatment and correct order of same.
You’re videos make me want to learn new things i’ve Never heard of!!. Thank you for that I love your lessons 😊

The most advanced ancient royal elite super superior dominate civilized nations. Made sure all their loyal subjects were able to live and die to the highest standards of quality that were available during that time and they can do this without anyone overstepping their boundaries. Because the end result of such a lifestyle. Is constant consisting physical, mental, financial and spiritual progress occurring within each and every moment of life. That Level of care to oneself and others results in a truly positive force that is self perpetuating continuously. S.R.F.
– Doctor, I have this lump here, it’s hard and cold.
– Yeah, there’s no medicine for that. I guess you’re screwed.
Fico sempre com a sensação que a história do vídeo continua mas foi interrompida.

For broken bones, the people from Northern Uganda use a kind of herbs. They crush the leaves and plaster the broken part. instantly the leaf plaster sends cold sensation and the pain, even bleeding stop. The leaf-Plaster dries and become hard as a cast. Then arranges the bone into the original position. If put immediately, a compound fracture takes about a week or so and the broken part can be used. infact when you see the plaster dropping and can no longer hold, it means you are almost healed.
I am an Egyptian looking for a doctor who raised something very important for me
Yaas Queen Elizabeth slay
The Egyptian civilization is the first civilization on earth known to history to correct your information That those who built the pyramids are the people of Ad, and they are the ancient Egyptians, and they are not the pharaohs since 70,000 thousand years BC 🤔 And they were giants not like us now The length of a person reaches 16 meters His cultivation is like 40 men of us now It is mentioned in the Holy Quran in Surat Al-Fajr. It was they who built the pyramids, their number 128, on many parts of the earth, and the temples were their dwellings. And if you see two holes in the pyramid The upper opening is the main door and is considered huge And the cemetery in the middle of the pyramid is surrounded by granite It’s just a room for incense rituals And a star named Najm (the poet) was deliberately aiming at him. Through a hole and a long way she has to light it They were among the star worshipers, God forbid.
The most famous of them are the three pyramids that are now in the city of Aram (Giza) in Egypt There is no name for Khufu, Khafre, or Menkaure This distorts them There are giant objects near the pyramids They are reserved by Jews from America and Britain They did not want to announce it, and there are many, many secrets which they reserve So that people do not know the truth of the matter and join only Islam And when they challenged God, the One God, the Sunday, with their strength and greatness So God gave them a strong wind of a cockroach Their lives ended and their buildings remained (Arm) Until it is a sign for the polytheists And then the Pharaohs found it The top was engraved and decorated Many of them are distorted by .
experts So that no one reaches the secret of the people who returned the giants They, too, were challenged by God’s disbelief of God’s Prophet Noah, so He drowned them in the pain And they are now present, and it is a verse in the Holy Qur’an as well, to show it to people That Islam is the religion of truth .
Cedar oil? That sounds interesting.
E.
Thank goodness we’ve come a very long way in medicine but we still have a long way to go.
What is that uncurable thing at the end?
Why there is no video about Iran history and history of Persia ?!!!!!
