BACK AND ARMS Workout at Lifetime Fitness!

This is a very good arm and back workout. The 2 main lifts are Reverse Grip Bench to work a lot of tricep, and then dead lift because it involves a lot of your back muscles. In between these lifts are several auxiliary lifts to get a stronger back, better triceps and better biceps!

    Too stiff need to stretch your back alil more focus on contraction and stretch
