I dont feel anything in my abs and butt, only in my calves😢im worried i might get bulky calves because of this

Ok so I’m having the hardest time trying to get my legs on the ball to do ab crunch pike ….👀🙄🤦….no lie I had to skip that and go to the next exercise the V pass now I can do that…..but all this is a hell of a workout if you’re really serious to try it…I love it I feel the burn n tightening 😍

I’ve never wanted to scream "I can’t do this!" so badly in my entire life. I can’t keep the ball even with the first move. Haha will try again when my core is a bit stronger. It’s only my second day back to training!

Does ball size matter? mines look like the size of the one in the video but when I tried doing the workout, the ball seem to be too big 🤔.
Today is my second day doing this yoga ball workout and I’m getting better at it! Still losing the ball pretty often, but my feet are less shaky so yayyy. Thank you for this workout, Pamela 🙂

I was able to do all of the exercises accept the "AB Crunch pike". I just couldn’t master the pike. With practice each day it should improve. Thank you 💕
