Lymphatic System: Crash Course Anatomy & Physiology #44
Lymphatic System: Crash Course Anatomy & Physiology #44
Today Hank explains your unsung lymphatic system and how it supports cardiovascular function by collecting, filtering, and returning interstitial fluid back into the bloodstream via a system of lymphatic vessels. He also explains the systemβs major role in fighting off infection, and how lymph nodes, other lymphoid organs, and MALT areas house antigen-attacking lymphocytes that provide crucial support to the immune system.

this guy never explains what the topic is. He just shows of his grammer skills with science. Common lets be frank, no one ever learns from this jack
Whether we are in sleep or awake, the sound of music or talk broadcast from a radio must activate our brain causing some blood circulations in our brain. Assuming this is true, while we are in sleep, our lymphatic pathways doing over-night cleanup seems to be partially obstructed if we keep radio on at night while we are sleeping. This seems to suggest radio during sleep is a bad idea. Please comment. Thank you
Either Iβm nerdy af or this is super interesting!
Thank w

OMG I need a plushie of that little Lymphocyte πππ
From Egypt thanks for arabic translation

Good video for me..very clear info I got n refresh..but for those who cannot catch what this video is all about, more illustrations I think will help them..
And when we eat 24/7 and have tons of heavily processed foods, this system slowly gets clogged and backs up toxins and waste, eventually creating diseases and health complications.
Can you believe that at Biology class we were never taught the lymphatic system?
Digestive, Nervous, Respiratory, Cardiovascular… everything… except Lymphatic…
Why?
4:05 I love how the capillaries dance!
who here pauses the video every second just to write down more notes for exams
Guc
Is lymphatic system responsible for inability to sweat – Also how does auto immune disorders connect with lymphatic system specifically Hashimotos ?
stupid
I have a question is the heart part of the lymphatic system?????????????????
rh
watching this for quarantine homework
What about when someone has there tonsils removed due to re-occurring tonsillitis? Does this impact the rest of the lymphatic system in any way?
Seems ur lymph oozing out. Plz be calm.
Thanks Hankβ€οΈ I passed my exam & made a 90%

Damn annoying
Thanx to you I finally understand what a lymph is
I am watching these from 2019 and it always cleared all my problems
Nice video. One question, why is the right side of the symstem smaller than the left?
I had no idea that so much fluid recovery is done by the lymphatic system.
I understand its a crash course but you moved/spoke way too fast. Crash course hits major/important points without going into all the details, doesnt necessarily mean speak and give a lot of imformation really fast. Had I not already known some of the terms and what goes on, I would’ve been utterly and completely lost.
what are the two other main parts of the lymphatic system apart from Lymph?
To fast
Sir, I just met you but I think Iβm in love with you. πΉ I was having such trouble really grabbing this information and the other video I watched did nothing for me. This 9:20 minute video helped me so much! Ready to really study my notecards now that I have a basic understanding.
04:05 it’s vs its. With all the appalling mistakes that have been happening in the last few videos, this series is the last thing I was expecting to hit the illiterate bingo.
How the hell did it happen? Why did that person who typed all this stool get the job in the first place?
Your information is great.. BUT please slow down. Its a school zone, lets drop the speed to 40km oppose to 110
Video starts 2:10
Hi CrashCourse! Do you have a reference for where you read that there are 600-700 lymph nodes in the body? Thank you!
You got me to pass my first pick highschool exams thanks.
Shoring up our Immune System.
Love the comparison of the lymphatic system to security! It’s funny how a simple analogy can make information that seems overwhelming more relatable and less daunting. Thank you! π
