    Hello dear.. ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോഴാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രോബ്ലെത്തെ പറ്റി അറിഞ്ഞത് .. ഞാൻ test ചെയ്തു നോക്കുമ്പോൾ 4finger gap ഉണ്ട്… ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് 2and half yr ആയി… ഇതിനിടക്ക്‌ ഞാൻ body weight കുറക്കാനുള്ള excercise ചെയ്തുപോയി.. So ഇനി ഈ excercise ചെയ്താൽ ഈ problem മാറുമോ..
