This pure Bullshit and liars, The lat stretch is False as it can be, The muscles will never stretch under tension with that position been Isometric Contraction Hold. The muscle will only Stretch when in a Relaxation , the Bend Posture in this video the Neck is taking the Toe as in this pose the Neck is either Neutral or Relax . This video and this machine can only make Miracles for people that have Zero Knowledge in Fitness , this is a Toy not a Fitness Machine.

Hello, I just purchased a vibration plate exercise machine. I am a little older and can’t do the jarring exercises anymore that I use to love doing. Someone that I work with recommended a vibration plate machine. I purchased one and received it last week. The manual didn’t come with any type of recommended exercises so I had to go to you tube. I absolutely love your video it gets straight to the point …..I will began using this video at least 3 times a week.

your knees are going over the toes. bad posture. please fix for next video. coming from someone who had ACL replacement and meniscus issues…make sure your bum is way further out so your knees never go over your toes.

I was thinking of using this vid to work out to. Then I realized it’s loads of short clips that are cut and put on a loop. I don’t need a skinny person smilingly faking a routine, I’d rather do this with a person who struggles and swears like me. With videos like this you only disillusion beginners.

Is this suitable for people who weigh 100 kg?? What results does it provide? Been working on every sin gle fitness machine and the weight loss does not last. And would guess it will not work because it does not make your body resistance fight itself. It is just electrical wave. Maybe a massage machine.
