Loved this! According to my Fitbit I burned 100 calories in 15 minutes. I didn’t go crazy with it because it’s my first rebounder workout. Will do it again!!

For some reason I knew I was bound to watch this video.
Warning: just because it’s described as low impact, be very careful and mindful of your movements. It’s very easy to land wrong or to lose your form on the unstable rebounder surface and doing that over and over in a workout session can do a number on your joints. I had a lot of experience using a rebounder and still severely aggravated the osteoarthritis in my knees. In particular, the high knees when running or jumping easily aggravate unhappy joints.

This was a great workout and fits in in am before work. I agree, this generic music is best, and it isn’t overpowering.

I have had really bad back pain that was preventing me from exercising. This did it! I was able to get my heart rate up to my max for the first time in months! Just glad I happen to have a trampoline around 😆 But all kidding aside – THANK YOU!
