Feeling great after doing this!!
So I’m commenting on the day after doing this workout and whoo! I can definitely feel it.. Especially in my hamstrings. It’s been a while since I worked out but it feels so nice to have my muscles activated again. Thank you for making these beginner workouts. Here’s to starting a new, healthy CONSISTENT lifestyle! ππ€

This is sooooo good. After i had corona i had to take it slow and at home (almost fadding out at the gym knowing you have to get home by bike on busy streets is scary), but many homeworkouts had me either with legmuscelpain for an entire week and/or made me super dizzy almost nauseous from all the up and down and legs over the head.
Here i had no issues like that at all while also feeling like i had a solid workout! 1000% more motivated to come back every second day for another round.
I also really liked the fact that you didn’t make "real" crunches (It feels so pointless when the trainer lifts their entire torso up no problem while you flail around like a fish on land getting nowhere close) and that for the one exercise you gave the option to tap your knee instead of the floor (i was all like "oh no I’m already dizzy,i can’t do that, I’ll have to walk through this. Oh? To the knees? Sounds doable, I’m in!")
A good beginner workout for actual beginners.

My toddler wouldn’t nap this afternoon. Chose to do this 20 minute workout while she played instead of being grumpy about it. Thank you for helping me get some movement in and boost my mood.
This was really fun to do. Getting into working on myself after losing my precious baby at 8 weeks π’. Just perfect in pace for beginners.

iβve never worked out before. due to my home situation i was never allowed to eat healthy or be active at all. i didnt really care about the effects until i realized walking around school was a chore for me. im still a student, and im trying to get back to a healthy weight as i am extremely overweight. i had to pause a lot during this workout, but i plan to do this one a lot along with my diet and hope i see progress π

Love love loved this workout! Iβve never tried this type of exercise and I was like this wonβt do anything. Boy was I wrong π I literally felt my legs turn into noodles, my arms were acting as if I had lifted 25lb weights lol.

It amazes me I was actually able to do this. I had a severe foot injury and I’m about 260 pounds so getting on the floor has always been a struggle. I completed so I’m happy ready to do it again tomorrow
Great workout to get the heart pumping. Will definitely be doing this a few times a week. Think you should have mentioned at the end of the video to make sure to cool down. Being a beginners workout some may not know how important it is to stretch the muscles out.
I’m not even a beginner but I enjoy doing this workout especially when I feel lazy to go to the gym. I just incorporate some more workout at the end if I still feel like doing more. I also recommend your videos to my friends. And you are also very pleasing to look at.

I have so much respect for people who work out because I could only do 5 minutes if this.
I only did it for 10 minutes and my body has been spasmodic and hurting me so bad since yesterdayππ

My first day of working after q dog attack 7 yrs ago. Was in 6 months recovery for my damaged arm and hand and become very depressed. I went from working out everyday and weighed 125lb then hid away and went up to 195lb. I had a wake up call a few months ago and had to change my diet. Im down to 151lbs and now have decided its time to get back to working out. This has been great today and feel i can continue everyday. My goal is to get back to 125 but i will be happy at 135. Thank you!
