Great workout for beginners!
I have done this exercise 3 times. Every time I find myself thinking I look and feel better. I love the ball exchange! I plan on doing this 2-4 times per week and I will update with progress. Thank you for the amazing video and the motivation to continue through the work out. And the water break in between, I needed it.

Thank you great video – just received a new ball (the old one died of old age rather than overwork) – but this is the first time I managed to use a ball properly in many years…..the workout was a tad beyond my current capabilities – but I love the challenge. Thanks again.
The first four minutes look like you could do those just as well with a banana instead of a giant ball.
The commercials made this annoying to get up and press through them each time. But the video was great
I really like this workout, but my stability ball seems small for these exercises. When sitting on it my hips are lower than my knees. So I think I need a bigger one? What size ball is she using and brand name? I have looked on Amazon and they don’t list sizes of the stability balls???
