30 Min FULL BODY STABILITY BALL WORKOUT at Home
Dust off your stability ball and let’s get an awesome workout on hitting the hamstrings, glutes, core, abs and upper body!
The stability ball will make every single movement very unstable so you will be using more stabilising muscle than other exercises. Try to keep steady, breath and keep core tight when needed.
The exercises are performed for 40 seconds each, 20 seconds rest before moving onto next exercise. Once we complete one round, we repeat!

Please ensure to make this stability ball workout work for you! Simply drop to knees when needed for a moment or bent at knee when doing leg lowers.

You can do squads using the ball. The only thing you need is the ball and a wall. You just put the ball between your bag and the wall and bend your knees. It works.

unfortunately I can’t do at least half the excersizes. You could have advertized it with "advanced super hardcore coreworkout – NOT BEGINNER FRIENDLY" though, so normies like me could save time an not click on it because it’s the first video that shows up.

Really good workout just started incorporating stability ball workouts into my training loving it
I loved it, from the first exercise you can feel that you are working, I thought several times about giving up but thinking that there were only 2 rounds helped me to hold on until the end. I don’t know how my body will be tomorrow but it has filled me with happiness to find a video to exercise with fitball so good and so well directed. Thank you!!!!

I’ve done all the Epic series and this was a struggle! It takes way more muscles working together to keep the ball from shaking. Nice to workout differently from just weights or body weight alone. More stability ball full body workouts please!

A bit of feedback. Please consider the lyrics when choosing your music for the workout segments. I had it full blast in my room but had to turn it down once my children entered the room. Lyrics were a tad inappropriate.
