Well I wanted to do a home work-out to lose some abdominal fat.. I search YouTube and came across this work out ..
I’m 5 ft 130 lb and my waist is 35 "
Day 1 : I could only do 10 mins .. these exercises ain’t no joke .
Day 2 : 15 mins of the work out and it was great . I can say it’s the first time I’m seeing some of these workout methods .
Day 3: I decided to push a little harder and it pays off I complete the routine and it was very motivating ..
Looking forward to continuing on this belly fat weight loss journey. Hope I’ll be successful 🙏

But I just need to know that is there a way of breathing in your exercises. Like when doing single leg jacknife breathe in while lying and breathe out when touching the feet . Like that. Please answer mam

Should I do a belly fat challenge or 6 pack abs challenge both of which are of 30 days? I might have "love handles" but they are not too much. At times I have to suck the gut to make stomach look flat. Can you recommend should I go with this one or the other one?
