Thank you for this video, Tatiana! I was surprised to know that I enjoyed a lot of these foods, not knowing they were popular Russian foods 😮 especially Kefir! I’ve been drinking it as a yummy and healthy snack for years. The only thing on your list that I’ve never tried is sour cabbage, but I hope to buy some at a local Russian grocery store really soon! Love from the US <3
I thought buckwheat was low in calories? One cup of cooked buckwheat is 155 calorie
That fermented cabbage is also known as Chucrut.

Hi Tatiana! Found your channel through the lavendaire Facebook page ! This is an interesting video because I love learning about different cultures and foods! I am trying to explore that on my channel so I think this video will be helpful! Can’t wait to support you ❤️
Hi again Tatiana. ^_^
Very nice video you showcased today. I tried & ate all of the food in the video (They’re great indeed) except for Buckwheat, which I never tried one. I seen them in Grocery stores in California though. I’ll try it sometime. 🙂
I see you added mini microphone on your white turtleneck long sleeves. And you look wonderful too; I liked your video. <3 😀
I’ve been in a workout lately, and i don’t have any idea of what food to eat to maintain my weight, you’re video is in timing ..Thanks for these Tatiana🥰😘

Ahahah the best video!
Yes I love cottage cheese but I haven’t had any in years this video just made me want to buy some lol
The information about kefir was very interesting although I also don’t consume many dairy products. The quark looks interesting, definitely a similar appearance to cottage cheese. I love informative this was. Thank you so much for sharing!
As a Turkish we drink kefir pretty much a lot too 🙂
not related to the video but you are so adorable!
Where are you from
After living abroad I am actually so curious about other cultures. I’ve come to realize America is pretty strange. I am not a fan of cabbage 🚫 lol. I’ve never tried buckwheat but it sounds interesting.
Loveee this yess needed this!🔥❤😄 nice video hun keep it up 💕
If you want a substitute for yogurt, try smooth quark. it’s basically the same taste!
I’m Polish and I eat pretty the same. Even the names of products are similar. All the best! <3
