I’ve tried A lot of other workout programs but the one that I always stick to and Suits me best is fitness blender

i took abt 5 min longer to complete but I did it with a 2 year old running around me, trying to bite me, get on top of me, and grab my weights. phew but Im done and glad!
I do lost a lot of wight but this workout still killing me!!

I went from 189 to 154 in 2019 in the same year and 5 months or less only doing these kind of workouts, I gained it all back due to stress and loss but I’m back on track I’ll assume I’m 189 (not sure tbh) even though or the past month I’ve been trying to eat much less and healthier while also in the last week working out with running and gonna use my new skills to start over and hopefully lose 35 lbs and more event faster! 🤩

I started running bout a week ago, 10-30 minutes everyday and I couldn’t last 30 seconds in this- please help, what’s the issue lol
I did the first ten minutes and the cooldown today. Planning on adding at least one more exercise from the video next week and each week until I can do the whole thing. Thanks guys!
Halfway through the cardio part my legs got so sore I had to fight every move 😀 but after the strength part I got so much energy that I did another workout and some yoga stretches! Thank you for the amazing videos, I’ve been doing them periodically when I get bored of the gym. These workouts with the right spotify playlist really boost my mood during quarantine 🙂

Does anyone else mix this up with other FB routines? I currently follow 2 of their kettlebell routines 2-3 times a week (4 if I’m good!) and I’m interested in adding this in, I’m just not sure how often I’d need to do it to feel and see improvement/results. I just did it for the first time this morning and had to stop after pretty much every single exercise – but I finished it eventually! I’m really hoping it gets easier the more I do it!
