Why do you need to negotiate with your kids about highly processed foods? It should be simply not a point of negotiation. In fact parents should be the ones who educate and guide their kids in whats good and what is not good and it shouldn’t be a negotiation subject simply educate themselves first and then their kids. It is a simply “I’m sorry but this isn’t good for your body’s health. Talk with them according to their age and level of understanding why certain food is not good for him o her.
Istg if she is an antivaxxer
Very good talk. Unfortunately, we have made mealtime an activity that can been done in between daily activities, like soccer practice and band practice, etc. that people put more importance in. A car is not a kitchen table. Small changes are easy, and very beneficial. What people need to change is their attitude towards eating.

GMO isn’t unhealthy tho and in some circumstances even more beneficial then organic produce.
Why do funny cat videos have over 10x (and probably greater than that) more views than this video? This was so good I actually commented (which I hardly do)
