Hey man, just got diagnosed .. unfortunately I’ve lived 18 years without knowing mainly due to the embarrassment of not wanting to reach out. You’re channel has helped me out in more ways than you can imagine feeling like im no longer alone . So many of the “symptoms “ don’t even necessarily correlate with me and I like that you brought up the point of it being a spectrum type of thing and no one person is the same . i was diagnosed xxy 47 they gave me a dose of pregnyl for 2 months i had my testosterone after that it dropped below the minimum

Using a higher gauge draw up needles is a good idea, I’ve been using 18g needles and I’ve gotten little chunks of rubber in my syringe that I have to maneuver out because I’ve poked the vial so many times
There is nasal spray now that looks interesting. I just use the gel and hit the gym then diet makes me feel like i’m doing speed or something its awesome.
I was diagnosed 33 years ago by a cardiologist, I take testosterone every week either in my leg or butt. I do use the 18 gauge to draw and 25 gauge to inject. small air bubbles are not going to hurt you at all, you would have to inject a lot of air in your veins to be an issue. Klinefelter’s has affect my life when I was younger but as I got older I could care less what other think. I started off with a tablets, patch, gel, foam, the injections. I have been through it all. You learn to deal with it make sure your son’s know that it doesn’t define who they are.
